Public Education Consensus Meeting. This year, the national League of Women Voters is conducting a study on the government's role in public education and the League is tapping into its members to develop a position on this issue. All chapters are requested to review the study materials and come to a consensus on all of the education topics noted below.

On November 3, we will have 8 minutes for discussion of each question, which means we should all come with the proper knowledge to discuss our decisions.

Below, you will find a link that will direct you to background information on the LWVUS Website and a link to a list of discussion questions (printable pdf file).

Hard copies of these articles can also be found in the following libraries: Lawson McGhee, South Knoxville, North Knoxville, West Knoxville branches, and Burlington.

After you round a curve and see a bridge in front of you, get in the left turn lane.

Turn left onto Topside Rd. (There are many Topside roads - You probably don't know this one).

Drive 9/10s of a mile and look for Woodview on the left, and Lake Bluff Ct on the right.

Turn right onto Lake Bluff Ct and go about 2/10s mile to end of cul-de-sac.
